Today is graduation day! It seems so long ago that I began university and now this part of my life is finally over. I'm really looking forward to moving on to becoming a doctor and leaving all the books and studying behind.
My graduation. I received my degree and a nice picture (I guess it is. It's all white and that's such a disappointment after all that work.) I have now officially graduated and am ready to pursue my dream to become a doctor.
But first.... Getting married to Levi.
Levi and I were married, outside, in the middle of a blizzard. I didn't think of that when I was booking our wedding. At least the people that really matter showed up for it and no one froze to death!
The reception was going very well. My family was there. My best friend Breanne was there. Levi's dad showed up. Everyone was eating and drinking and having a good time.
Until this happened. Charles passed away. I knew he was very old and near the end of his time. I think he was holding out until I graduated and he wanted to live to see me get married. He was the one who was there for me. He treated me like his own daughter. He was my dad. Not biologically, but in every other way. I will miss him terribly.
